About Wallace Washington

Wallace began his legal career as a litigator with a deep passion for serving his community. Concentrating in criminal defense, family law, personal injury, and general civil litigation, he worked with Pat Dixon, Jr., Of Counsel with Kendall, Kendall and Hurst, and later with Franklin, Moran, and Boyle before starting his solo practice.

In 2000, Wallace moved to Houston, Texas, where he provided litigation support on complex legal matters for former energy company Enron. He then transitioned to commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development with telecom wireless infrastructure company Crown Castle International, spending nearly a decade and a half first in Houston and then in Tampa, Florida.

Returning to Atlanta in 2020, Wallace resumed his legal career with a renewed focus on Wireless Consulting, Litigation in Real Estate and Property Law, Zoning and Land Use Matters, and General Civil Litigation. He also worked for the City of Atlanta’s Law Department, Real Estate Division, where he advised the city’s departments and elected officials on real estate, telecom, zoning, and land use matters, driven by his commitment to local government and community development.

Originally from Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Wallace graduated from Wando High School. He later attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia and was admitted to the Georgia bar after graduating from Georgia State University College of Law.

Wallace is a dedicated member in Good Standing with the State Bar of Georgia. He is married to Tammy and has a daughter Kennedy. Wallace’s commitment to his work and community reflects his lifelong passion for making a positive impact in the lives of those around him.
